This orbital structure is designed to assemble or manufacture spacecrafts that can’t enter in atmosphere, such as “BlueStar” class frigates, or “Speadel” class transports.
Workers, designers, engineers working for a 6 months period have their resting quarters inside the gravitational ring. Links with the surface are constants by navets shuttles re-supplying the station with fresh goods.
Power is assured by a Vulcan RF antimatter central, allowing the station to be completely independent from any exterior sources of energies.
6 weeks are needed to assemble a ship.
